Must Have:

Carry out configuration of HCM modules OM, PA, Time, Payroll to meet end user requirements with standard and custom functionalities available in SAP

Good knowledge of implementation of SAP Payroll

Hand-ons experience in Schemas, PCR, Functions & Features

Reasonable knowledge of other SAP HCM sub modules

Excellent analytical skill

Good problem-solving skills
