Position-SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant

Job description

Looking for a skilled SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant with 4-8 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM and US payroll calculation and configuration, including schemas and rules.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist and guide clients through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Handle design, document, implement, integrate, and parallel test plans.
• Lead teams and collaborate with other SAP HCM consultants.
• Support the existing HR landscape and assist clients in configuring, developing, testing, rolling out, and providing post-rollout support for SAP HCM US payroll solutions.
• Work closely with the client core team to ensure exemplary results.
• Demonstrate high-level professional behaviour and customer service skills.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP HCM and US payroll calculation and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of ASAP methodology and experience working on full lifecycle implementation or support projects.
• Experience integrating benefits with third-party systems and exposure to other SAP HCM modules like Benefits, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
• Good understanding of underlying legal requirements and ability to prepare Functional Design Documents for development of various FRICEW objects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work effectively in an in-team environment and lead teams when necessary.
• Job location is Hyderabad.

Mandatory requirement

Should be willing to work in US shift

Should be willing to relocate anywhere in India

Should be ready for short- and long-term travel.
