Job Title: SAP GTS Technical Consultant

Experience Level: 6 to 15 Years

Location: Pan India

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document functional non-functional requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories with acceptance criteria). Perform gap analysis, process mapping (ASIS/TOBE), and propose improvements aligned with GTS standards. Configure, validate, and support solutions in the target platform(s) (e.g., ServiceNow modules, SAP functional areas, Salesforce clouds) in partnership with technical teams. Draft and execute test plans/cases; drive UAT signoff and production readiness. Maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and SOPs; support release notes. Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and defect triage in an Agile/DevOps environment. Ensure adherence to ITSM/ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change), internal controls, and data privacy security guidelines. Provide L3 functional support during hypercare and postgo-live stabilization. Track KPIs for solution adoption and process performance; recommend iterative enhancements.

Required Qualifications Experience : 36 years in a functional/consulting role within enterprise technology or shared services (preferably in GTS/IT). Proven exposure to one or more platforms: ServiceNow, SAP (e.g., MM/SD/FI/CO/PP/SuccessFactors/Ariba), Salesforce, Workday, or equivalent enterprise applications. Strong business analysis skills: process mapping, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and test planning. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ITIL processes. Preferred/Good-to-Have Certifications (any one): ITIL v3/v4, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP/CCBA), PSM/CSM, ServiceNow CSA/ITSM, SAP Associate, Salesforce Administrator. Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), basic data mapping, reporting/analytics.
