SAP GTS Consultant

SAP GTS Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Global Trade Services solutions that enable compliant and efficient crossborder trade, tightly integrated with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and surrounding systems.

Title: SAP GTS Consultant

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad or Pune

Required skills and experience

• Strong handson SAP GTS configuration experience in at least two of: Compliance Management, Customs Management, Preference Management, Risk Management.
• Solid understanding of international trade processes: import/export flows, Incoterms, customs regimes, trade compliance, sanctioned party screening, licenses, origin and preference.
• Practical experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA (SD, MM, LE/TM/EWM), including document transfer configuration and basic knowledge of IDocs/RFCs.
• Participation in at least one full lifecycle GTS implementation or major rollout; comfortable leading workshops and owning design in your process area.
• Ability to produce clear functional designs, process flows, test scenarios, and cutover plans, and to work effectively with developers and integration specialists.
• Strong communication skills and ability to speak business with nonIT stakeholders while challenging and refining requirements.
• Experience working in global, regulated environments (e.g., pharma, chemicals, hightech, industrial, consumer) is a plus.
• For senior/lead levels: experience leading workstreams, mentoring junior consultants, and shaping GTS roadmap and template standards.
