Primary Skill
sStrong expertise in SAP GTS implementation, configuration, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, including SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), and FI (Finance & Controlling) modules.In-depth knowledge of global trade compliance regulations, including Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening, embargo checks, legal control, and automated compliance risk management.Experience in customs management processes such as import/export declarations, duty and tariff calculations, electronic customs filing (E-Filing), and managing Free Trade Agreements (FTA).Hands-on experience with GTS master data management, product classification (HTS, ECCN), license management, and automated trade document generation for customs clearance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting SAP GTS issues, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with stakeholders, including business users, legal teams, and customs authorities.Secondary SkillsBasic knowledge of SAP TM (Transportation Management) and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).Understanding of cross-border logistics, supply chain processes, and trade finance.Experience with third-party trade compliance solutions and integration with SAP GTS.Good analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting trade compliance and customs issues.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with business users, legal teams, and external vendors.Ability to work in agile project environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of automation tools and scripting for trade compliance reporting and data extraction.Experience in preparing functional documentation, user training manuals, and conducting training sessions for SAP GTS users.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
