• Experience developing security solutions that address Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Strong expertise in designing and building highly automated SAP GRC frameworks.
• Proven experience in deploying SAP GRC solutions (12.x) and helping expand and optimize usage.
• Experience in integrating SAP GRC solutions (SAP Access Control with SAP Process Control).
• SAP Security Audit experience in analyzing issues and conducting remediation activities.
• Ideally experienced in integration of HANA Systems with GRC.
• Knowledge of security framework for SAP Portal and SAP Fiori will be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 27001, GDPR and SOX.
• Preferably knowledge of Agile project methodology.
• Experienced leader of people, able to engage, inspire and manage the GRC Team both on and offshore as well as influencing and communicating with various internal stakeholders within this wide-reaching business and at all levels.
• Experience of project management or service delivery background & ideally with experience working within a large, rapid organization who aspire to push boundaries and standards to achieve their goals.
• Security focused with ability to deliver at a fast-paced environment and the ability to recognize, utilize and grow the existing talent and expertise within the team to successful, and industry leading service delivery.
• Provide periodic reports to the Head of ERP Security
• Develop relationships with stakeholders within the business
• Develop areas for improving the current processes, procedures & documentation.
• Approx. 5 8 years of experience in SAP GRC implementation, project support & integration of GRC with the ERP & non-ERP on-premises/cloud systems
• A background in SAP GRC architecture and implementation experience of SAP GRC from conception stage to completion.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP R/3, ECC, BI, CRM, SRM, XI/PI, SOLMAN, SOX audit, GRC 12.0
• Strong understanding of business processes and/or supporting SAP technologies
• Experience in implementation, auditing or advisory in SAP ERP and GRC domains.
• Understanding of business processes, controls frameworks, compliance and regulations, and segregation of duty concepts in an SAP ERP environment.
• Understanding of SAP security processes, security architecture and administration with a thorough knowledge of BW, HR, Fiori and BPC elements.
• Should have worked on ARA component with an understanding of the ruleset and mitigation controls. Basic knowledge and experience in executing SAP GRC solutions across all Access Control components.
• Proficiency in SAP Security of R3, HR, BI(BW), CRM, GRC 12.0, SAP SSO and EP for user administration and Role management
• SAP GRC Consultation for Rollouts, Version upgrade, support, and implementation projects. Preparation of Requirement Specification, Blueprint, Test plan
• Knowledge of robotic process automation will be a plus
