Job Title: SAP GRC Security HANA

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Were embarking on a global S/4HANA Greenfield journey and are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Security HANA to shape our SAP security strategy from the ground up. This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of security, compliance, and enterprise architecture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the SAP security strategy across S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA DB, and cloud components
• Design RBAC and SoD frameworks for a brand-new global landscape
• Implement SAP GRC Access Controls (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM)
• Drive compliance across SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements
• Lead workshops, partner with global teams, and guide best practices
• Support go-live and ongoing security operations

Must have skills

• 8 years in SAP Security & GRC roles
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA security and GRC Access Control
• Strong compliance background (SOX, GDPR)
• Prior Greenfield project experience is a big plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills

Nice to Have

• SAP Security or SAP GRC certifications
• CISSP, CISM, or similar credentials
