Experience: 10 + years of SAP GRC Process Control

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days

10+ years of experience in SAP GRC 10.x/12.x
Worked on at least 2 end-to-end implementations and support of SAP GRC Process Control (PC) modules
Lead client discussions and workshops, guide control design decisions, and provide recommendations on best practices
Design and configure control frameworks, control objectives, master data, organization structure, processes & subprocesses, automated/manual controls, workflows, surveys, and assessments
Performed risk and control assessments (RCA), control testing, and remediation management
Have configured Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) and business rule frameworks
Able to map business processes to risks, controls, and automated monitoring rules
Integrated SAP GRC PC with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other SAP GRC components (Access Control, Risk Management)
Solid understanding of SOX and other regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit processes
Facilitate workshops with business users, auditors, and compliance teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
Lead UAT cycles, train the core team, and support go-live and post-implementation activities
Should have good communication skills, excellent documentation, and presentation skills
