Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, implement, and support UI applications on SAP ECC, APO, GTS, and EWM systems.
Provide high-quality, sustainable solutions across projects, enhancements, and break-fix activities.
Recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and designs.
Develop system documentation and procedures in line with Illumina standards.
Conduct technical research and prepare recommendations on IT-related topics, including upgrades, methodologies, software, and systems.
Collaborate effectively with resources working at different geographical locations to achieve defined objectives.
Perform integration testing with multiple external/bolt-on systems, and support cutover activities
Maintain current knowledge of SAP application development and related technologies.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience as an SAP UI developer.
Proficiency in SAP BTP, Business Application Studio development, SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, OData services, and configuration/customization of Fiori apps, Launchpad, and extensions.
Experience using Chrome/Edge debugging tools.
Knowledge of integrating Gateway OData and JSON services with UI5 applications.
Experience developing applications using Git and GitHub.
Experience with S/4 HANA development preferred.
ABAP programming knowledge preferred.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps tools.
Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design comps aligned with modern web standards.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
