Detailed Job Description & Responsibilities

• Experience in SAP IS-U FICA functional solution architecture
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• System design
• Configuration
• Customization
• Integration
• Testing
• Production support
• Expertise in end-to-end FICA processes , including:
• Payment hierarchy
• Clearing and dunning processes
• Security deposits
• Open item and tax management
• Installment plans, refunds, returns, and write-offs
• Experience in:
• Requirements gathering and gap analysis
• Functional specifications (FS)
• Test scenarios and execution (FUT)
• Defect management and post-implementation support
• Conduct user trainings and provide ongoing system support
• Client-facing consulting experience is required
• Support SDLC phases , including:
• Request and analysis (documentation and estimates)
• Design, development, and implementation (deliverables ownership)
• Design core and customized IS-U business process solutions aligned with best practices
• Effectively communicate complex requirements between technical and non-technical stakeholders
