Role Name: SAP Finance-REFX
Desired Experience Range:4 to 10 Years
Location of Requirement: Bangalore
8+ years of total SAP Finance experience and must have handled at least 2 SAP Implementation in Financial Accounting area of which 1 must be on Real Estate Flexible Management (REFX) solution with close integrations with Assets Accounting. Overall experience in designing, developing and deploying solutions in SAP FI areas.Application support / enhancement / implementation or hands on experience in SAP FI from Accounting to Reporting including Assets Management areas. Chartered Accountant or Intermediate CA or Masters Degree (in Business / Finance / Marketing area) Rich Experience in Finance Account to Report functionalities specifically covering REFX, General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Taxation, Asset management, Period-end closing activities, Credit management, Bank (Accounts set up, In House Cash, BAM etc.) and Tax accounting, Dunning etc. Brief experience / good understanding of Controlling – Cost center controlling, Product costing, Profitability analysis. CO Skill is not mandatory. Candidate will be expected to perform developments / enhancements and provide support in SAP FI covering following regular aspects: Understand business requirements from Tickets assigned (Tools: JIRA / CRM UHD) Perform detailed analysis and checks to acquaint good understanding about the process, where necessary carry out analysis of existing processes Do not show over dependence on existing document or expect any form of spoon feeding of information from customer / KT will be extremely less or limited Initiate discussions with users / business as necessary to raise relevant questions Propose Solution in the ticket. Discuss with IT or Users team as necessary. Carry out configurations in General Finance, Assets and REFX areas Perform testing first internally and then support user for testing Deployment in line with processes set by client Must have good experience in writing documentation with regards to Functional Specification, BPML, User Training Manuals Preference to candidates with experience in Telecom or Banking / Financial Services industry Analytical thinker having good creativity and problem-solving skills Experience in leading the Functional discussions along with key users Highly developed interpersonal, Very good communication skill to interact with Business teams to gather business requirements Experience to work in an onsite / offshore model / Good team player Experience in an Agile environment will be preferred
