Sap Finance Control Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP FICO implementation, upgrade, and support projects
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, etc.)
• Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Coordinate with finance teams to streamline processes and ensure compliance
• Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and change management
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements
• Assist with data migration, testing (UAT), training, and documentation
• Stay current with new SAP FICO functionalities and S/4HANA finance innovations

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Masters in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8- 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience
• Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, controlling, and integration points
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• SAP Certification in FICO is a plus
• Experience with global projects or multi-country rollouts preferred
