Job Description

Mandatory:

• Localization and currency handling (UScentric, single group company code)
• Integration touchpoints (e.g., NACISA)

Multi Currency

Role & Ownership Expectations

Expect strong individual contribution with ability to work independently and directly with business teams

Resource should own solutioning endtoend, not just execution

Act as a bridge between Controllership / Business and IT, translating requirements clearly

• Strong preference with experience in standard SAP solutions

Functional & Domain Expectations

• Need a strong FI resource (AR / AP / GL core)
• Deep understanding of: Multi Currency
• Ledger and extension ledger reporting
• Localization and currency handling (UScentric, single group company code)
• Integration touchpoints (e.g., NACISA)
• strong familiarity with SAP standard with prior ECC experience along with current S/4 HANA experience

Communication Expectations

• Solutions must be explained in simple language, especially to:
• Process owners

Example -CFO and senior finance stakeholders ( 5 minutes context to be given as per their expectations)

Clear articulation of why a solution is chosen, not just what is built

• Conduct workshops to identify closest possible standard fit
