We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Senior Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives, drive SAP FI/CO strategy, and manage large-scale implementations across enterprise environments. This role offers high ownership, leadership visibility, and Pan-India impact.

Location: Pan India

Work Mode: Work From Office / Hybrid (as per project)

Notice Period: Immediate 30 Days

Experience: 1216 Years

CTC: Up to 45 LPA

Education: CA / MBA Finance / B.Com / B.Tech (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive SAP FI/CO strategy across implementations, rollouts, and support programs
• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP FI/CO projects, including planning, execution, and governance
• Act as a functional SME for SAP:
• FI: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation
• CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, HCM and other modules
• Drive period-end closing, statutory compliance, and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with Indian taxation and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, audits)
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing SAP FI/CO teams
• Partner with business stakeholders, finance leadership, and IT teams
• Manage risks, escalations, and senior stakeholder expectations
• Support SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation and optimization initiatives

Preferred Profile

• Experience:
• 1216 years of SAP FI/CO experience
• 4+ years in Manager / Senior Manager or delivery leadership roles
• Implementation Expertise:
• Multiple end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementations
• Experience in rollouts and large enterprise SAP landscapes
• Technology & Domain Exposure:
• SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance
• Strong understanding of Indian statutory and tax compliance
• Certifications:
• SAP FI/CO Certification (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling Pan-India or multi-location engagements
