Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements across finance and controlling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting
• Handle end-to-end SAP FICO implementations , rollouts, and support projects
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Perform configuration, customization, testing, and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Manage integration points with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules
• Resolve incidents, change requests, and provide ongoing production support
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams
• Participate in UAT and provide user training and support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 48 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO
• Strong hands-on experience in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred
• Good understanding of taxation, GST, and financial reporting
• Experience in integration with MM and SD
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP FICO Certification (added advantage)
• Experience in support and enhancement projects
• Exposure to Pan-India / multi-location implementations

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
