Wipro is seeking highly skilled Business Analysts/ Functional Consultants in the SAP S4 domain to join our Finance Process Transformation Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming finance processes under the CFO function and will work closely with the CIO function to ensure seamless integration and optimization of SAP S4 HANA solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the CFO and CIO functions to drive finance process transformation initiatives.
- Design, implement, and optimize SAP S4 HANA solutions to support finance processes.
- Provide expertise in L2O (Lead to Order), O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), H2R (Hire to Retire), and R2R (Record to Report) processes.
- Conduct requirement analysis, system configuration, and testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Support data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S4 HANA implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S4 HANA developments and best practices.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP S4 HANA, including implementation and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of L2O, O2C, P2P, H2R, and R2R processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- SAP certification is a plus.
