SAP FICO Lead S/4HANA (Global Role)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive the design, implementation, and global rollout of SAP S/4HANA Finance. This is a critical global role supporting multi-country operations with strong exposure to pharma manufacturing, US GAAP, and SOX compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Universal Journal)
• Drive global finance templates and S/4HANA best practices
• Ensure tight integration with SD, MM, PP, QM
• Own Product Costing & CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, COPA)
• Govern FICO master data (CoA, cost/profit centers, asset classes, IOs)
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and statutory requirements
• Design financial reporting using S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
• Act as the finance IT partner; lead consultants, SI coordination, cutover & stabilization

Must-Have Skills :

• 1315 years of SAP FICO experience (Pharma/Life Sciences preferred)
• 23 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Strong expertise in Product Costing & Controlling
• Deep understanding of US GAAP & SOX
• Experience in multi-country/global rollouts

Good to Have :

• Central Finance / Global Template exposure
• Pharma manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills
