Budget: 10 LPA to 20 LPA

We are seeking an experienced SAP Support Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FICO and basic exposure to SAP SuccessFactors to support ongoing SAP operations.

The role involves handling P3 & P4 incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining SLA compliance and high customer satisfaction.

• Resolve P3 & P4 incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Provide functional support in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting).
• Handle basic support and issue resolution in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred).
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues in SAP systems.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and suggest fixes, enhancements, or workarounds.
• Debug issues and coordinate with ABAP, Basis, Functional, and Security teams.
• Validate solutions and ensure proper ticket closure.
• Maintain documentation including RCA reports, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Follow ITIL processes, change management, and access control policies.

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Application Support.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
• Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central preferred).
• Experience handling P3/P4 production support tickets.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow / JIRA / Remedy.
• Good understanding of cross-module SAP processes.
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of ITIL and SLA-driven environments.

• Exposure to S/4HANA environments
• Experience in integration between FICO and SuccessFactors
• Prior experience in AMS / production support projects
