This role is ideal for professionals who excel in leading end-to-end SAP Finance & Controlling implementations and support engagements. Youll collaborate with global stakeholders, lead project deliveries, and ensure the optimal performance of SAP FICO systems during U.S. business hours.

Job Title: R2R FI Lead (Record to Report Financial Accounting Lead) Location : Bangalore Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Lead the R2R process design, implementation, and support within SAP FI and related modules. Oversee General Ledger (GL), Bank Accounting, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets processes in SAP. Collaborate with SAP technical teams to deliver solutions using: SAP FI (Financial Accounting) SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) SAP S/4HANA (preferred) Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Drive automation and process improvements in R2R workflows. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for system upgrades, testing, and deployment. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and consultants. India GST implementation experience is a must. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in SAP FI and R2R processes, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong understanding of financial reporting, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management. Knowledge on SAP technical modules and ability to work with developers is plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
