SAP FICO Lead consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to manage and deliver end-to-end SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in finance, hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience, and the ability to lead implementation and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle SAP FICO implementations (Blueprinting to Go-Live & Support)
• Configure and customize SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Handle integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, etc.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Provide production support and resolve critical issues
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams
• Ensure compliance with financial and statutory regulations

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Experience in S/4HANA (preferred)
• Strong understanding of integration with MM & SD
• Good client-facing and communication skills
