Role: SAP Senior Consultant Funds & Grants Management

Contract: 3 Months

Location: Singapore / Offshore

Work Mode: Remote (Consultant to arrange own laptop & stable internet connection)

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud

Proven expertise in SAP Funds Management (FM) & Grants Management (GM)

Solid understanding of financial processes and SAP FI/CO integration

Experience across full SAP project lifecycle (implementation, rollout, support)

Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills

Role Summary

You will be engaged as an external SAP Consultant supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Funds & Grants Management solutions. The role focuses on donor-funded and non-profit financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements while delivering scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA FM & GM solutions

Translate business and donor requirements into SAP system designs

Configure fund structures, grant master data, budgeting & availability control

Support end-to-end grant lifecycle processes: budgeting, execution, monitoring & reporting

Advise on best practices for non-profit and donor-funded financial operations

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, enhancements & data migration

Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training

Support change management and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud

Proven delivery experience in SAP FM & GM

Experience in non-profit, public sector, or donor-funded organizations (highly preferred)

Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Strong communication and consulting skills
