Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP FICA module, including contract accounts, master data, document processing, payment runs, returns, clearing, dunning, and interest calculation.
- Design and execute Convergent Invoicing, installment plans, security deposit management, correspondence, and proper closing activities within FICA.
- Integrate FICA as a sub-ledger with SAP FIGL and other modules like CRM, ISU, billing systems for seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and translate them into SAP system configurations.
- Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing; validate that configurations meet both technical and business requirements.
- Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshoot issues across FICA processes such as billing, invoicing, payment, and collections.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration guides, test scripts, user manuals, and process flows.
- Stay updated on FICA innovations and best practices; propose enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
