About the Opportunity

We are hiring a seasoned SAP FI VIM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementations and support. The role involves end-to-end ownership of VIM solutions integrated with SAP FI across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Job Description

The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP VIM solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth invoice processing and compliance with finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end SAP VIM implementations
• Configure and support OpenText VIM integrated with SAP FI
• Manage invoice processing, exception handling, and workflow configuration
• Integrate VIM with SAP ECC / S/4HANA FI
• Collaborate with business users, functional, and technical teams
• Handle issue resolution, enhancements, and postgo-live support
• Ensure process optimization and adherence to finance best practices

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in SAP FI with Accounts Payable focus

Hands-on expertise in SAP VIM implementation

In-depth knowledge of invoice workflows and business processes

Experience working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Good to Have

OpenText VIM Certification

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects
