Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and specifications while fostering a collaborative environment for your team.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

- Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

- A 15 years full time education is required.

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance: AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.

- Proven experience coordinating and delivering integrations across SAP Finance, MM, SD, PP, PM, REFX and Treasury modules, including alignment with third-party systems.

- Experience in multiple end-to-end Greenfield S4 HANA implementations.
