Minimum of 14 to 16 years of experience in SAP ERP for specific modules.

Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience as a project manager.

Minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversion projects.

Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation projects.

Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech). Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionalities.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA conversion and migration projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions for project teams and end-users.

Implement strong project, people, team, stakeholder, and governance models to ensure project success.

Excellent skills in Defect Management & Overall Test monitoring and Reporting

Risk Management:- Risk identifications and Mitigation Plans

Agile/Scrum way of working:-Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
