Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in S/4 HANA implementations and MM-WM-EWM integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations, strong configuration knowledge, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and support SAP EWM, MM, and WM modules to meet business requirements.
• Design and configure MM-WM-EWM integration processes.
• Work on Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, Subcontracting, Batch Management, STO, and Invoice Receipt processes.
• Configure and maintain organizational structures, master data setup, and integration with other modules such as QM, SD, PP, and FI-CO.
• Provide expertise in Warehouse Management processes including Inbound, Outbound, Cross Docking, Yard Management, and Transfer Orders.
• Support Procurement and Logistics Execution processes, including Inbound Transportation functions.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Prepare Functional Specifications for RICEFW developments and support ABAP, BW, or Fiori development lifecycle.
• Perform testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Handle AMS (Application Management Support) activities including Incident Management, Service Requests, and Problem Management.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues by investigating, analyzing, and providing effective solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and help in S/4 HANA adoption strategies for new customers.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders across different industries.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP EWM Functional consulting.
• Minimum 68 years of SAP experience, including one full-cycle S/4 HANA implementation.
• At least 3+ years of experience in designing and configuring MM-WM-EWM modules.
• Expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, STO, Subcontracting, Batch Management, and Pricing processes.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management processes (Inbound, Outbound, Cross Docking, Yard Management).
• Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical functional specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Consultant S/4 HANA MM / WM / EWM.
• Experience working with SAP Ariba is an added advantage.
• Experience in RICEFW objects and SAP development lifecycle.
• Postgraduate degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
