Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Application Lead to take ownership of the design, development, and configuration of applications, with a primary focus on SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS). In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for all application-related matters, collaborating with stakeholders, leading development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application development activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership to the team, becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP WMS.
• Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to effective problem-solving.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain project clarity and alignment.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in application design, development, and SAP WMS to continuously enhance performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-Have:
• Strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of application development methodologies and lifecycle.
• Proven experience in system integration and data migration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve application-related issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with project management tools and agile or traditional project methodologies.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Chennai office .
• Candidates must have completed 15 years of formal education (full-time).
