Must Have

Technical/Functional Skills Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and support projects. Extensive knowledge of SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and integration points with SAP MM, PP, and SD modules. Experience in designing and configuring EWM solutions in S/4 HANA. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and their integration with business processes in the Life Sciences domain. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be results-oriented, adaptable, flexible, and resourceful.

Roles & Responsibilities

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP EWM.

Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and system

requirements; provide solutions by identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer needs.

Lead workshops to collect business requirements and map them to system functionality.

Design, customize, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions.

Identify gaps and propose workarounds or system enhancements.

Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system issues.

Manage changes and emergency transports for high-priority issues.

Document functional designs, test cases, and results.

Provide consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.

Mentor junior team members and offer ad-hoc training and support to users
