Job Description
- Should have 4+ years of strong configuration experience in SAP HCM - PA, OM, Time management, Canada Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, HR-FI Integration.
- Should have ability to analyze the existing Payroll & Time Schemas/ PCRs and can modify according to business requirements.
- Configuring and supporting ESS/MSS portal, year-end reporting and reconciliation (T4/T4A/W2) and testing annual HR support pack upgrades and related defect corrections.
- Excellent understanding of SAP HCM submodules and the integration between various SAP modules
- Should have experience in gathering & understanding the business requirements.
- Should guide technical consultants for implementation of business logics.
- Providing functional support for incidents in HCM SAP landscape to IT groups and business users
- Should recommend and deliver business solutions based on HR requirements.
- Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to other SAP Functional Analysts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem solving and possible solutions evaluation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to manage multiple and diverse projects and priorities concurrently with tight timelines.
- Experience with the following is an asset: implementing SuccessFactors modules, S/4HANA
