Job description

Key Responsibilities

1 Solution Design Implementation

Lead Support end to end implementation of SAP PS and EPPM Project Management Portfolio Project Management including requirement gathering blueprinting configuration testing and go live support

Configure SAP PS components such as

Project Structures WBS Networks Activities

Milestones Progress Tracking

Planning cost revenue dates resources

Budgeting Availability Control AVC

Settlement Results Analysis where applicable

Drive process harmonization and best practices for project lifecycle management initiation execution closure

2 Integration Cross Module Collaboration

Ensure strong integration with

SAP FICO project cost collection budgeting settlement reporting

MM project procurement PRPO integration valuated stock services

SD customer projects billing revenue RRB if applicable

HR CATS time recording

PM maintenance projects

Work with technical teams on interfaces enhancements and forms IDocs APIs BTPCPI where relevant

3 EPPM Portfolio Project Governance

Configure Support EPPM features such as

Project control cockpit dashboards

Portfolio structures scoring prioritization capacity planning as applicable

Stage gate approvals workflows statuses based on solution landscape

Enable standardized project reporting for key KPIs cost variance schedule variance commitment vs actuals budget consumption

4 Testing Cutover Hypercare

Create functional specifications test scripts and support

Unit Testing SIT UAT Regression Testing

Support data migration WBS networks actuals budgets and cutover planning

Provide hyper care and stabilize solution post go live

5 Support Continuous Improvement

Resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP PSEPPM

Perform root cause analysis and propose improvements for performance usability and controls

Prepare user documentation SOPs and deliver end user key user training

Must Have

512 years adjustable experience in SAP PS with exposure to EPPM project management processes

Strong hand son configuration knowledge in

WBS networks milestones costing budgeting AVC settlement

Proven experience with FICO integration cost elements cost centers internal orders settlement receivers profitability reporting as relevant

Experience in at least one end to end implementation and or multiple rollouts support engagements

Strong functional documentation skills BRD FS config docs test cases

Good to Have

Experience in S4HANA project systems scenario incl Fiori apps for project execution reporting

Exposure to SAP PPM portfolio management resource management or integration with third party PM tools

Knowledge of project procurement services procurement and commitment management

Working knowledge of reporting tools eg Embedded Analytics SAC BW4HANA Query ALV

Basic debugging technical understanding ABAP basics functional specs for RICEF objects

Education Certifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering IT Finance Management or equivalent

Preferred certifications nice to have

SAP S4HANA Project Systems related

SAP Activate Agile PMP Prince2 optional
