We are seeking an experienced DSP Syniti Lead to support our data migration and integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data stewardship and governance, with a proven track record of utilizing DSP Syniti effectively. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure successful data migration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data migration and integration projects using DSP Syniti, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Conduct data profiling and validation to identify and resolve data issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data migration processes and governance.
• Provide training and support to team members on DSP Syniti functionalities and data management practices.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience with DSP Syniti (Data Stewardship Platform) and its application in data migration and governance projects.
• Strong knowledge of data extraction, Data Transformation script methodologies.
• Proficiency in data profiling and validation techniques.
• Experience with SAP Data Services as a deal breaker skill.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Program Governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience in working with large datasets and complex data environments.
• Knowledge of additional data management tools and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in data migration, data governance, and project management.
• Certifications in data management or project management are a plus.
