About the Role

SAP DMS Consultant System implementation and configuration Design configure and deploy SAP DMS solutions based on business requirements. This includes setting up content servers with support of BASIS folder structures and metadata search functionality.

Responsibilities

• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of DMS with other core SAP modules such as Materials Management MM, Production Planning PP, Finance FI, and Logistics LE.
• Workflow automation: Configure and implement document workflows to streamline business processes like approval cycles and distribution.
• Security and access control: Implement robust security measures and role-based access to ensure that only authorized users can access sensitive documents.
• Maintenance and support: Provide ongoing support for the SAP DMS system, troubleshoot issues, and optimize operations to improve performance and efficiency.
• Documentation and training: Create comprehensive documentation for configurations and workflows. Provide training and ongoing support to end users.
• Compliance and auditing: Manage version control, audit trails, and data retention policies to meet industry and regulatory standards.
