SAP Delivery Partner @ Bengaluru - 60-65L/Need from IT Services Orgs only

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Delivery Partner with 20+ years of experience in IT Services, specializing in SAP program delivery and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations, managing complex migrations, and driving organizational success through strategic delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Delivery Leadership
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP programs, including S/4HANA and ECC implementations.
• Drive successful migration of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Cloud in complex, multi-instance environments.
• Ensure delivery excellence across multiple projects, meeting scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Strategic Leadership & GTM
• Define and execute regional strategy for SAP S/4HANA adoption and transformation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SAP services.
• Align delivery outcomes with organizational growth objectives and client success metrics.
• Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate decision-making across internal teams, external System Integrators (SI), and SAP partners.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment of delivery with business priorities.
• Act as a key liaison between clients, delivery teams, and technology partners.
• Team & P&L Management
• Manage large, diverse delivery teams across geographies, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Take ownership of P&L responsibilities, ensuring financial health and profitability of SAP programs.

Required Experience & Skills

• 20+ years of IT Services experience with a strong SAP career foundation.
• Proven delivery of 34 large-scale SAP S/4HANA and ECC projects in recent years.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Cloud migration in complex, multi-instance environments.
• Strong track record of managing large teams (100+ FTEs) and leading global delivery organizations.
• Experience with P&L ownership , financial governance, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across internal teams, SIs, and SAP partners.
• Strategic thinker with ability to define and execute GTM strategies for SAP services.
