Job Description
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (data modeling, data flows, integrations).
- Solid understanding of ETL concepts and prior experience with Informatica or similar tools .
- Experience integrating on-prem data sources with cloud data platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience validating structural and semantic data consistency during migrations
Good-to-Have
- Understanding of SuccessFactors / HR data models .
- greenfield implementation and migration programs
- Support reporting solutions, often in conjunction with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or Analysis for Office
