We are seeking SAP Cybersecurity Engineer to ensure this transformation is secure by design and resilient in operation with go-live date planned in February 2027.

This is a hands-on role within the Security team, focusing on architecture, governance, and proactive risk management across our SAP ecosystemincluding S/4HANA, HANA Database, SAP BTP, and security services within SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Unlike traditional SAP security roles, this position goes beyond roles and authorizations, requiring deep expertise in SAP architecture, cloud integration, and cybersecurity best practices.

You will work closely with system integrators and group functions (Security, Enterprise Architecture, Technology) and the Security Operations Center (SOC) supporting secure architectures design, create scenarios that spans beyond application level and co-create respond playbooks to incidents, to keep Carlsbergs critical SAP landscape protected. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support SAP Cybersecurity workstream for a large-scale S/4HANA Brownfield+ selective data transformation program
• Review design and document security requirements and lead enforcement and validation of implementation
• Ensure that requirements, responsibilities, and processes are well defined, documented and communicated
• Ensure that all SAP systems and services in use by Carlsberg are protected throughout all stages of their lifecycles
• Support design and implement security governance including SAP S/4 Hana, HANA Database, SAP BTP, Cloud Identity Services (CIS), Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to support business and IT security requirements
• Utilize Onapsis Platform functionalities to Assess, Defend and Control development of the newly establish system landscape
• Validate security controls through planning and scheduling regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and utilizing standard SAP services like SAP Security Optimization Services or Configuration Validation
• Provide guidance on security notes released during monthly Security Patch Tuesdays
• Stay ahead of SAPs security roadmap and emerging threats to ensure future-proof solutions
• Conduct security risk assessments and threat modelling for SAP components and integrations (SAP BTP Integration Suite)
• Recommend and implement innovative security solutions to support SAP digital transformation
• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with Carlsbergs global security policies

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The right candidate is enthusiastic about SAP Cybersecurity beyond roles and authorizations, is up to date and following SAP Cybersecurity roadmap, works well independently as well in teams, has good communication skills and has a strong personal drive to achieve results.

Your skills and qualifications include:

• 8+ years in IT with at least 5+ years in SAP Basis and preferably 3+ years in cybersecurity
• Strong expertise in SAP on-premise and cloud architectures, including S/4HANA, HANA DB, SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Cloud Connector, Web Dispatcher
• Experience with SAP RISE, private cloud deployments, and Azure-hosted SAP environments
• Knowledge of SAP RISE offering and in-depth knowledge about SAP S/4 Hana, Private Cloud Roles & Responsibilities including additional security service within Cloud Application services (CAS) and wider Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS)
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Security Recommendations in SAPforMe, and Early Watch Alerts
• Ability to read and understand ABAP code for security analysis is a plus
• Knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) and cloud security principles
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or SAP Certified Technology Professional System Security Architect are a plus
