Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Coordination:

Developing detailed cutover plans, timelines, and schedules, including tasks related to data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Stakeholder Management:

Engaging with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure everyone is prepared for the cutover and that communication lines are clear.

• Risk and Issue Management:

Identifying potential risks and issues associated with the cutover, developing mitigation strategies, and establishing contingency plans.

• Execution and Monitoring:

Overseeing the execution of cutover activities, including data migration, system integration, and testing.

• Post-Cutover Support:

Ensuring the stability of the new system after the cutover, conducting post-implementation reviews, and documenting lessons learned.
