Job Description - SAP Customer Service Consultant

Experience: 6 to 8 Years (Mandatory)

Location: Pan India

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner


Responsibilities

  • Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations across CS, SD, and related modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design comprehensive, end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to automotive service processes.
  • Drive transformation initiatives covering:
  • Spare parts management
  • Warranty management
  • Dealer performance optimization
  • Service process excellence
  • Integration with OEM systems and legacy platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in RFP responses, solution design, architecture discussions, and business case preparation.
  • Conduct client workshops, user training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and support integration with other ERP systems where required.
