Job Description - SAP Customer Service Consultant
Experience: 6 to 8 Years (Mandatory)
Location: Pan India
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA implementations across CS, SD, and related modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design comprehensive, end-to-end SAP solutions tailored to automotive service processes.
- Drive transformation initiatives covering:
- Spare parts management
- Warranty management
- Dealer performance optimization
- Service process excellence
- Integration with OEM systems and legacy platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in RFP responses, solution design, architecture discussions, and business case preparation.
- Conduct client workshops, user training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and support integration with other ERP systems where required.
