Job Description
7+ Yrs of exp in Requirements Gathering & Design: Analyze business needs and map them to SAP CRM functionalities, performing fit-gap analysis.
Configuration: Configure CRM Web UI, Business Partner, Actions, Status Profiles, and Organizational Management.
Middleware & Data Exchange: Manage data exchange, including Initial/Delta load, Monitoring BDOCs, and troubleshooting Middleware issues between SAP ERP/S/4HANA and CRM.
Process Expertise: Implement best practices in Sales (Opportunity, Quotation), Service (Service Orders, Complaints), and Marketing (Segmentation).
Documentation & Training: Prepare functional specifications (FS) for ABAP teams, configuration documents, and user manuals.
Testing: Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM Web UI, BOL/GENIL, and MVC architecture.
Integration: Solid experience with Middleware, BDOCs, and Idocs.
Functional Focus: Strong knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, or Marketing modules
