Location: Hyderabad,Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant with strong expertise in Service Order and Service Notification processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments, working on implementation, support, or rollout projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP CS module focusing on:
• Service Notification (Creation, Processing, Status Management)
• Service Order Management (Creation, Planning, Execution, Billing)
• Handle service contracts, warranties, and installed base management.
• Integrate SAP CS with:
• SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP MM (Material Management)
• SAP FI/CO (Billing & Costing)
• Manage order types, notification types, item categories, and pricing procedures.
• Work on repair process, resource planning, and service confirmations.
• Perform functional testing, UAT support, and documentation.
• Provide production support and resolve CS-related issues.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, reports, and forms.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP CS configuration.
• Hands-on in:
• Service Notifications
• Service Orders
• Service Contracts
• Warranty Management
• Knowledge of integration with PM & SD.
• Good understanding of end-to-end service management lifecycle.
• Experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Strong client handling and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• S/4HANA Service module experience.
• Experience in at least one implementation project.
• Knowledge of user exits, enhancements, and basic debugging (added advantage).
• Exposure to CRM integration (optional).
