Job Title: SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Interaction Center (IC).
• In-depth knowledge of business processes related to sales, customer service, and marketing.
• Experience with SAP CRM architecture, business partner management, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM).
• Familiarity with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• years of experience working with SAP CRM implementations and support.
• Certification in SAP CRM or related SAP modules is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., PI/PO, Web Services, IDocs).
• Strong understanding of SAP UI5/Fiori for CRM user interface enhancements.
