Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ABAP/OO-ABAP within SAP CRM (On-Premises). The candidate must have deep experience in CRM Web UI development, Middleware, integrations, and Service Contract processes. The role requires daily hands-on coding, technical design, stakeholder interaction, and business coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on development in SAP CRM (On-Premise) environment.
• Work extensively on CRM Web UI framework (BSP WD, UI Components, Views, Controllers).
• Develop and enhance CRM objects using BOL/GENIL framework.
• Implement Enhancement techniques (BADIs, Enhancement Spots, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements).
• Handle SAP CRM Master Data migration and integration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CRM Middleware issues (BDoc model, queues, adapters).
• Work on Master Data Replication (Business Partner, Products).
• Handle Transactional Data Replication (Sales & Service transactions).
• Perform Performance analysis & optimization.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions and business requirement analysis.
• Provide technical support in Field Service & Service Contract processes.
• Work on Oracle Field Services integration (preferred).
• Support CRM ECC / Digital Core / SMC / CDC / CAS integrations.

Technical Skills Required

Core Technical Skills

• Strong ABAP / OO-ABAP development experience in SAP CRM.
• Hands-on experience in SAP CRM Web UI.
• Good understanding of SAP CRM Customizing.
• Expertise in Middleware monitoring & troubleshooting.
• Experience working on latest SAP CRM On-Premise versions (not cloud).

Integration & Data Exchange

• CRM Middleware (BDoc model, queues, adapters).
• IDocs, ALE, RFC/BAPI, qRFC, tRFC.
• Web Services (SOAP, REST, OData).
• API-based integrations.
• Data Migration techniques.
• Basic knowledge of SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI integration scenarios.

Additional Skills

• Basic understanding of SAP CPI.
• Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills.
• Experience in performance tuning.
• Exposure to Service Contract processes (Mandatory).

Business & Soft Skills

• Daily hands-on coding and technical design.
• Ability to coordinate with functional consultants and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience handling business discussions independently.

Mandatory Requirements

• 810 years of hands-on SAP CRM technical experience.
• Strong experience in SAP CRM Web UI.
• Service Contract process knowledge.
• Experience in CRM Middleware & integrations.
• Worked on SAP CRM On-Premise environment.
