Job Title: SAP CRM Consultant
Exp: 5 - 15 Years
Job Location: Mumbai
· Core Expertise in understanding comprehensive business requirements and Proficient in providing SAP C4C & CRM product analysis, process design, implementation, troubleshooting, Testing and training.
· Technical Expertise in Configuration of SAP Service Cloud (C4C) End-to-End Service Process - Account & Contact Management, Omni-Channel Customer and Employee Support Process, Service Ticket Management, Customer Feedback Survey.
· Experience in Creation of Custom O-data services and Defining KUT extensibility fields, Code List Restrictions, Email Channel Setup, Service Level Setup, Work Distribution Rules, Workflow Rules, Business roles, User Management and Access Control Restriction.
· Technical Expertise in customization of on-premise SAP CRM functionalities such as CRM Web Clint UI, IC Web Client UI, Baseline Configurations, MDM, Marketing, Sales and Service Management, Case and record Management, CRM Billing and VAT for government sectors in UAE.
· Familiarity with middleware settings in Integration of SAP CRM with ECC, QMATICS, Portal Application and Contact Center.
· Specialize in WhatsApp & Live Chat Integration with CRM, Customer Complaints registration through portal to Accelerate Digital Transformation in SAP environment.
