We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Sales and Service processes . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP CRM configuration , integration with SAP ECC , and support project exposure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 68 years of overall experience in SAP CRM Sales & Service .
• Strong configuration knowledge of SAP CRM Sales and Service modules .
• Solid understanding of CRMECC integration concepts .
• Experience in support projects , preferably in a team lead or SME role.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
• Exposure to team management in a support environment is mandatory.
