Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM iBase Junior and Senior Functional Consultant with expertise in CRM Service module, iBase , and ECC / S/4 HANA . The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP CRM Services.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

(Both Junior and Senior Level):

Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service module

In-depth knowledge of Installed Base (iBase ) configuration and management

Experience with service orders, service contracts, warranties, and entitlements

Integration of SAP CRM Service with ECC / S/4HANA

Knowledge of middleware (CRMECC integration, IDocs, RFCs)

Exposure to incident management, service request handling, and business partner configuration

Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects
