The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a SAP CPS / Redwood Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Having a strong background in orchestrating the Redwood RMJ solution. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for working closely with several SAP Process teams and technical teams to understand their requirements, ensure successful implementation of New and Updates to existing Jobs configurations. Also, you will play a key role in working alongside SAP BASIS team for managing the jobs during downtime schedules and also to ensure optimal performance of SAP systems to handle the batch workloads. This role also might need you to work as On-call support person during off hours and during weekends and Holidays.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 + years of hands-on experience in Redwood RunMyJobs setup, administration and operations

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Proficiency in SAP job creation, scheduling, and modification
• Hands-on experience in job creation and confirmation (Run My Jobs)
• Integrating RMJ with SAP and non-SAP ERPs, ServiceNow and other Public cloud applications.
• Familiarity with RMJ maintenance processes including audit extracts, data retention/purge, Unix Scripting etc
• Experience working with Process Servers and Agents
• Expertise in time window and submit frame
• Design and validate job dependencies and job chain and event types
• Ability to handle client interactions and management, including on-call support
• Capable of leading small teams effectively

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• SAP BASIS administration skill will be an added advantage

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Solventum GCC Bangalore at least 2 days per week)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
