SAP CPI (SuccessFactors Integration)

Work Location- Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata/Noida

Role Summary

Responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors integrations, with a focus on daily operational support, ad-hoc changes, and project-based integration work.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Support: Resolve OnDemand data issues for payroll and other integrations using SAP CPI and SuccessFactors Integration Center.
• Ad-hoc Changes: Analyze and implement changes or enhancements to existing integrations as required by business needs.
• Project Delivery: Support the deployment of SuccessFactors Offboarding to Freshworks integration, including preparation for UAT and resolving issues during testing.
• Ongoing Enhancements: Work on changes and improvements to EDP (Employee Data Platform) integrations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, payroll, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for integration flows, changes, and troubleshooting steps.

Role & responsibilities

• 8+ years of IT experience, with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP CPI integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central, Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll, and related modules.
• Proficient in data mapping, XSLT, OData, SFTP, and integration adapters (SOAP, HTTP, IDoc, Mail).
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Freshworks, ADP, Oracle, Kronos).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP CPI certification.
