We are looking for experienced SAP Controlling Consultant to join our team and play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP CO solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ECC or S/4HANA Controlling modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain SAP CO modules (Cost Element, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

Configure and customize SAP CO modules to meet business needs and enhance system performance.

Provide end-user support and training on SAP Controlling functionalities.

Lead and support SAP system upgrades and migrations, including transitions from ECC to S/4HANA.

Analyze and optimize current business processes related to controlling and finance, identifying areas for improvement.

Create and maintain documentation for SAP processes, configurations, and enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CO modules in collaboration with the technical and functional teams.

Monitor and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

10 plus years of hands-on experience with SAP Controlling modules (ECC or S/4HANA).

Strong knowledge of integration points between SAP CO and other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).

Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation is highly desirable.

Proficiency in SAP configuration and customizing for Controlling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
