SAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into SAP solutions
• Configure, customize, and implement SAP modules based on project needs
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues and performance gaps
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and cross-functional teams
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvements
• Ensure SAP solutions comply with business, security, and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant (Functional / Technical / Techno-Functional)
• Strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, S/4HANA)
• Understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, Activate)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in team-based environments

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification(s) relevant to the module(s)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or implementations
• Exposure to integrations, workflows, and SAP Fiori
• Experience working in Agile or project-based environments
