An SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant designs, configures, and supports

SAP WM/EWM modules to optimize inventory, storage, and material movement, typically requiring 3+ years of experience. Key responsibilities include analyzing business needs, configuring storage types/structures, integrating with SD/MM/PP, troubleshooting, and providing end-user training.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Configure and customize SAP WM and EWM modules, including storage types, bins, transfer orders, and stock management.
• Process Optimization: Analyze warehouse operations and map business requirements into functional specs to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Integration: Facilitate integration between WM and other modules like SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), and PP (Production Planning).
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting, resolve system issues, and perform testing (UAT, FUT) for updates and enhancements.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse management processes, handling unit management, and cross-docking.
