Analyze complex business requirements, facilitate workshops, and design SAP PP solutions, often creating functional specifications.

Configuration: Implement and configure SAP PP components like Master Planning (MP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning (CRP), Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Work Centers.

Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (like MM, SD, PM) and external systems (MES, LIMS).

Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user problems.

Testing: Develop and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT) for new implementations or enhancements.

Training: Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.

Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.

Master Data: BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions.

Planning: Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP).

Execution: Production Orders, Goods Movements.

Manufacturing Types: Repetitive Manufacturing (REM), Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS).
